It has 4 bedrooms that comfortably sleep 9 plus cot. The accommodation
is ideally configured for a small party right through to two families.
The property was built from local French stone about 150 years ago,
between Bergerac and Bordeaux. It stands just 5km from the river Dordogne and 10km from the old bastide town of Ste Foy La
Grande. During 2004/2005 the property was totally renovated.
A new, walled, south facing, terrace, with well
and BBQ, have been tastefully constructed for outside dining and
beyond this, the large, floodlit swimming pool sits in the spacious
gardens. From its hilltop position, one can enjoy uninterrupted
sunshine and superb panoramic views, across the surrounding vineyards,
of the local countryside.
