Please note that our "in season prices" are fully inclusive
for the whole of the property and private use of the pool. This includes gas, electricity, linen, bath towels, pool towels
and cleaning.
Please also note that a 25% non-refundable deposit is required
on booking - the balance being payable 8 weeks before arrival. The
deposit becomes your security deposit and this is refunded 2 weeks
after your departure from the property, by post, provided the property is left as required under the terms of the contract and booking conditions.
